A: Llevamos una dieta que nosotros ajustamos a nuestras necesidades y que muchas veces tenemos hacerla muy flexible debido a nuestro modo de trabajo, moldeable a nuestro tiempo, siempre basada en proteínas de alta calidad, carbohidratos (pocos) y pocas grasas. Tratamos de ir al gym dos horas diarias de lunes a sábado, con un día de descanso para relajarnos del gym.
