What kind of diet and fitness regime do you follow?
Right now for the summer I'm on a keto diet which very low carbs, high fat and good protein. This is so I can show off more lean muscle definition on the beach haha
I'm in the gym like 4-5 days a week, I do a lot of super sets. It's chest and arms, back and shoulders, legs, arms again and I do cardio after and with some the over workouts. Ads on at least three days with cardio.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
This is something I want to do more of!!
It depends on the day and the thing really.....show me something different and I’m a team sport for sure!
Love being home but it’s not necessary if I am in and good company. 😘
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
What I do during my free time is take care of me!!!
This could me anything from resting to a busting one NUT💦 to a few in a day!! Hahaha
I could be getting a hair cut, at the gym, treating myself to a movie, writing, drawing, cutting up a pair of jeans for very causal day with friends and of course fucking my brains out🤤

There are many things. I like peace and quiet most of the time but when I go out, I want it to be over the top (I’m talking people doing tricks off of chandeliers) lol
I love quality in every thing, quality in experiences, product, sleep, etc.....are so important to me
And I lead a healthy life, I’m very observant of my physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.
