A: just pushing to do my best and improve every day . life is a constant fight.

A: learning languages and writing. I write about nutrition and all kind of holistic stuff.

A: I play baseball and soccer. I also play basketball at LA fitness club. I also enjoy video games and movies and reading good literature.

Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

A: maturity and balanced life. I know how I look and I know what I am capable of , but I am very HUMBLE and I don't like attitude or vanity.

Q: What would you say are your greatest attributes?

A: being able to hear and being able to make others to feel good around me. I enjoy hearing people and I am a good communicator. for some reason even older people come to ask me for advise.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: 'myplate diet'' . I use government and evidence based practice diets in order to stay healthy and fit. I am a registered nutritionist in Italy. So I know my stuff.

Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: I am a reserved person , no into clubs or party life. I practice Yoga every day and also work out 5 times at week. I live a very strict life , enough sleep and rigorous nutrition. I am also very spiritual and love quiet places and enjoying a nice book

A: I am a good guy , but I like easy going people. If you are nice to me , I don't care your age , race or status , I will be nice to you not matter what. everyone is the same for me

A: I ve been a fighter since I was born. I was orphan , raised in the Communist Cuba and escape to make my way into America for freedom. I am a survivor and that is what made me to be grown up

A: Everything but I enjoy taking risks and challenges

A: That I am very discreet and reserved. Also very self-centered but open minded.

A: Peace , ocean , sunlight , trees and nature

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I don't travel a lot. I love Fort Lauderdale and Miami and I rarely travel out of the state.
