A: I try to travel at least once every 3 months. I don't mind staying home as I am not much of a socialite, but when I travel, I try to experience the culture of any city or country that I am.
A: I would say that I have done a lot of things that I am happy about so far, but I want to accomplish and do more. I want to have my own business, compete for a pro card in bodybuilding, and travel the world as much as possible. I have traveled quite a bit so far, but that's only just beginning. I am happy as a person but I'm never fully satisfied. I always want to move to the next level.
A: I definitely eat a lot but always clean food. Lean chicken, veggies, shakes/smoothies, rice. If I am in a rush, I will eat some takeout just to get the calories. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, focusing on a separate muscle group each time. Legs, chest, arms, back, shoulders. Usually mixed with light cardio and some ab work as well.
A: I work hard all the time, even when I'm tired and feeling less than 100%. To be a successful bodybuilder, you have to go to the gym even on days that you know you won't feel your best. You can't let any outwork you, so I always go that extra mile to make sure I achieve what I want.
A: Seafood, the gym, my bed, the beach, and my family. Especially my family.
