A: I think of how my future self would explain to my current self why he didn't give it his all. That helps me get rid of whatever excuses I've made up and give it my all!
A: Lots of reading these days. And lots of cooking!

A: Diet is kind of a mess tbh, but try to workout at least 5 times a week! Mostly cardio but some free weights.
A: Loose structure on a weekly basis but pretty go with the flow daily.
A: I have challenges with body image issues, thinking I'm not attractive enough. But I've found in sharing that vulnerability I can be closer to my clients and that's actually been very rewarding!
A: That I've learned to appreciate happiness in moments like this, more than the "big" things we're suppose to treasure.
A: I come off as shy and professional by day which shocks people all the more when they realize I'm an attentive devil at night!
