Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I guess I don’t really have one. I must have some form of exercise daily to feel like I’m functioning. Some days it’s more than others but for the most part I listen to my body by doing my yoga and meditation everyday and I do what it tells me to do. As for diet I guess you could say the same thing. I love food and cooking so it comes down to everything in moderation.

Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: I like to live in the moment. Wake up each day thinking about what I could do different. I don’t like a monotonous routine. Sometimes that’s life, but I try to find something new as often as I can. It’s easy in a city like Las Vegas. I’m not very flashy. I rely on the essentials. I like nice things, we all do, but I’d rather focus on my future than buying designer things and spending all my money in the clubs, or on things I really don’t need.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: That I want to see the world and learn about different places, people, and culture.

Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: That I’m not intimidating as I look. It surprises me every time I hear it because I’m the last person to ever be nervous or shy around. I’m really comfortable and easy going.

Q: What are 5 things you can’t live without?

A: I’m pretty simple. I’m not very high maintenance. I kind of just stick to the basics- exercise, food, water, my vitamins, and I guess I’d hate to admit it, but probably my phone 🤪

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: My ability to see people. I have good intuition and I know myself. It allows me to make great connections with people.
