A: 6 meals a day atleast portioned out correct. train with one day of rest
A: I workout and compete. I eat my meals religiously and train religiously. its just part of me.
A: Well I love to wake up in the morning. walk across the street to my diner that I close to my apartment. sit outside in the early am drink my cup of coffee and eat my first meal while watching the sun rise. Gives me security and uplifts my day
A: well I would say number 1 is the gym! Number 2 I would say is my two very close friends, I couldn't live without or be where I am without them. My two very special cats as number 3. Food as number 4 because I never stop eating haha. Cuddling is something I couldn't live without either so ill say that is my number 5
