A: Having a healthy lifestyle is paramount to me... 😊

I do not take drugs, smoke or drink alcohol...

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I like to go to the gym 3 times a week, and do not eat unhealthy food...

I use Xylitol to replace sugar, eat organic food, and make my own recipes using a thermomix... 😊

My only daily temptation is chocolate... 😊
