A: I row recreationally and competitively, and I also volunteer at my local fire station!
A: I supplement my lifestyle with healthy foods, and good sleep. I would say I am toned since I row 3-4 times each week for 2 hours at a time. Every morning I engage in some cardio and go jogging for 30 minutes as well.
