A: A unicorn's horn, they say, is 100% pure magic. Chris Vargo is 100% pure positivity. I live in a playground of endless possibilities. Want to join me?
A: If you want to know... my physical hobbies are swimming, running, hiking, climbing, exploring, training, sculpting, touching and building. My mental hobbies are meditating, writing books, writing poetry, writing songs and playing the drums.
A: Life is what you make of it. And I choose, when engaging in what life throws my way, to celebrate each moment as if it was my last.
A: Life is fun. And when you're having fun, you're living. So everything I do is fun.
A: Starting out with nothing and finding out that everything that I need is here inside.
A: I will always be getting better.
A: A lot of people hear what's going on; I listen to what's going on. A lot of people find it hard to appreciate what they see; I have the ability to find beauty everywhere when I focus my attention. A lot of people measure a person's strength through their muscles and physicality; I measure it through their wisdom and spirit.
A: Innately knowing what to do in every circumstance. ;-)
A: I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere I've created in my home, and I know my clients feel the same. I keep myself open to all possibilities.
A: I believe everyone should nourish their lives as they see fit. As for me, I lead a vegan lifestyle, and it fits well with who I am. Everything I need is provided by the food I eat. As for my fitness routine, I have crafted it for my lifestyle, which is a very active one. I work out for a minimum of four hours every day. Swimming is a big part of my life, and I am a master swimmer. I usually start my day very, very early by meditating and centering myself for my day, followed by a 3-mile run (a 10-mile run one day/week, usually Sunday). Then I swim 2 miles of Butterfly or 3 miles of freestyle on alternating days. After swimming, I return to my home gym, where I jump rope for 1/2 hour (3600 revolutions). Then on to the Range of Motion (ROM) machine, 1800 sit-ups, and 1.5 to 2 hours of weight training. Then I'm ready for you.
A: I have learned to dare all my dreams. From those, I've received many gifts in my life. The thing I do first is make sure my needs are satisfied. Then I share what I have learned so others can fulfill their dreams and needs also.
A: Judgment, rationalization and defensiveness are absent from my life. I fill that spot with openness, honesty and forward momentum.
A: I love my meditative moments alone. However, the people I have met throughout my life have made me who I am. And I am thankful this moment to be spending it with you... adding yet another new dimension to my being.
A: That I am driven to explore every aspect of life.
A: That I am pure positivity.
A: Set aside air, water and nourishment. What I need most to fulfil my empathic state of being are: the touch of one's body, the scent of one's pheromones, the sound of one's pleasure, the taste of one's skin on my tongue, and the world that one opens up for me through what they see.
