A: Traveling to Europe for the first time and traveling beyond the US was very eye opening.

A: I am an academic and an artist. I pretty much read, write and make art everyday. I work out and cook healthy meals everyday because I care about my health. I also invest my energy into building healthy and loving relationships by being present for people I care about.

A: I do p90x almost every day and play soccer all year round. I went to culinary school and consider myself an intense foodie. I mostly eat local and healthy veggie based meals but also love a good steak from time to time.
