A: Visiting others countries and third world Islands really show me just how much I take for granted at times. I appreciate having that kept in check as it’s easy to lose perspective in life when you’re stuck in your little bubble.
A: I’m very structured and routine, I often have to tell myself to “just go with the flow,” and when I do I’m reminded just how much fun spontaneity can be...in morderation of course.
A: Travel abroad, Spain is one of my favorite countries to visit. I try to make that happen at least once a year.
A: Lifting is my hobby. It consumes most of my spare time...that and eatting.
A: Train as a powerlifter, heavy workouts 3-4 times each week. I also enjoy swimming, soaking, and steaming as way to relax post workout. My gym visits are typically 2-3 hours each. My diet is 80% clean eating via weekly
meal prep of mostly chicken and rice. With that said, the other 20% is whatever I want... donuts, cake, ice cream, burgers, bbq, pizza. Strength training doesn’t really require the strict diet like that of a bodybuilder.
A: I’m a very organized, labels forward type. It comes very easy for me, I often don’t even realize I’m doing it.
A: I travel often, a few days each week. I thoroughly enjoy my time at home when there.
