What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

CalebKyng:

If i'm hungry, I eat. If it looks good, I eat it. If i cook a lovely dinner for 3+ of my friends, I probably ate enough of it while cooking.

RentMen:

What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

CalebKyng:

I live my life quite freely in most senses, however the one thing i feel very strongly about is the idea of Karmic Balance. Often i find myself wanting to do nothing more than to just add any amount of good vibes into the world. I treat my social interactions as a closed-system, and every bit of negativity, evil, doubt or fear that exists in the world, can be mitigated, even just a little, by a smile or a hello. I bring that mindset into everything i do.

What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

CalebKyng:

Id say i "march to the beat of my own drum", but that activity would require a good bit of moving, and i don't know how to play the drums very well, so more accurately, id say i ping to the rate of my own network connection.

How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

CalebKyng:

for about a year 2017-2018 i was an international flight attendant, traveling all over the world. now i tend to bounce around from Boston and Providence but i love being in my own space. i feel the most creative at home
