It all starts with preping yourself for success things like making your breakfast lunch etc the night before.
Good nights sleep
wake up at 4:30 (personally)
dog out, coffee, breakfast and out the door by 5:45 for the gym
workout 5-6x a week
macros based off your current program and goals
Bed around 8
but you also need to take care of your brain - meditate for 15 20 mins
And each night before you go to bed try to think of 3 things that you are thankful about. 3 good things that went well and be thankful for them it can really impact how good of a sleep you get!
