A: These change from time to time - but currently Yoga, watching the military history channel, making amateur videos, rollerblading, and I've been strangely going to the movies a lot lately.
A: I've always prided myself on being a levelheaded and calm. I have a calm, relaxing demeanor; I can count on one hand the times I've raised my voice. I'm thankful I can go through life with this calm approach, it allows me to show up as my best self.
A: Something others should absolutely know about me is that I'm very direct and straight-forward. I want something, I ask for it. I don't like something, I'll tell you. You should be the same way, communicating effectively is clutch.
A: My lifestyle is very active and I'm blessed to have a large group of friends. I work out and do yoga five days a week, I also ride my bike and rollerblade. I'm always on the go and often have something fun going on. I like to keep things moving, I like to keep things positive and light.
A: What I enjoy most about myself is my openness to new experiences. Since I was young, I've never been afraid to try something different, to take my shot, or to make an ask. It's served me really well because I've experienced so many wonderful things and people, that I otherwise would of missed out on.
A: I am a group fitness instructor at a High Intensity Interval Training studio and fitness is a big part of my life. I always joke with my friends that "I've never met a gym I didn't like".
HIIT classes, yoga, bike, rollerblading, jogging - I love it all.
