Going that extra mile to make sure someone is ok, whether it’s a phone call or reaching out in another way.. Making people smile and feel good about themselves if they are having a bad day.. As far as my diet goes, I eat 7-8 meals a day. Basically every 2 hours I eat.
A typical days food goes like this.
Meal 1 - 6 whole eggs/30gms nuts
Meal 2 - 200gms chicken/100gms broccoli
Meal 3 - 200gms chicken/100gms broccoli
Meal 4 - 200gms beef/300gms sweet potato
Meal 5 - 200gms tuna/50gms nuts
Meal 6 - 200gms salmon/300gms broccoli
Meal 7 - 6 whole eggs
Depending on what look I’m trying to achieve, I add or deplete carbs and fats.
I also drink 6-8 litres or water daily.

A: That I grew up in a small country town on a farm. I started training in the gym when I was 13 and competed for my state as a power lifter winning numerous titles.
