A: Various sports and nature hikes.. I also produce music and DJ for several friends and family.

A: I walk 10 miles a day while staying moving my body and muscles in movements that it's not use to so it will always feel like a new work out and fresh feel will never be lost. Eat healthy minimal bad carbs. Drinking 25 to 30 ounces of water each day is a major role in the body's chemistry.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: I wouldn't want to allow any individual that comes in contact with my life, vibes and great energy to not leave from around me and not had a chance to be impacted in a positive way..

A: I am a very dedicated individual. So, you can be rest assured if things get thick I stick to coming up with a solution and thinning out the troubles..

A: When it comes to giving out the correct levels of respect for people then I would say I am staying 1000% true & real to people and myself.
