A: Coffee.
A: I'm a good listener. I also am unfazed by whatever music is playing in an environment. In other words, you won't hear me ask you to change the radio station.
A: I used to be a dance teacher, then I decided that I liked dancing too much to have it tied to the variable flow of income of working at a dance studio. So I still dance for fun! I also like chess even though I'm not that good at it.
A: My lifestyle vacillates between sedentary and active. My life revolves around javascript and python (those are programming languages, by the way) as much as it does weights and hiking trails.
A: I used to feel unique for being a southern boy who liked K-pop and reggaeton as much as hip hop...but now k-pop and reggaeton are all over the place. Which is a good thing lol. So now I'm not so unique lol...except for the head tattoos, of course.
A: Mostly low carb. No matter what specific pop-diet you follow if it isn't ultimately low-carb in nature, I wouldn't expect good results in terms of body fat percentage. I'd say my workout is pretty standard. I hit the gym and do the common groupings of back and biceps; chest, shoulders, and triceps; and legs. As far as legs, I just focus on glutes and adductors. I'll admit I don't put much focus on quads, abductors (not adductors), lower back. I care about proportions and working all muscle groups the same will yield waist-to-shoulder and glute-to-thigh results that I'm not really looking for.
A: I’m a traveler at heart. I have lived in a few countries: The US, most obviously, but also Guatemala (6 months) and China (3 years). I stayed in Ireland for three months, Spain for six weeks, Guernsey for a few weeks...I could go on but basically I love to travel and when I travel I like to stay and enjoy the place for a while as opposed to hopping from city to city, country to country. I hope to visit Tanzania or Iceland next. We'll see!
